hey everyone.. i have the Apexi n1 down pipe with the Apexi n1 cat back and its amazing.. however my parents want me to put a cat on it just incase i get caught and so i dont have to pay that stupid fine.. however.. i would have to cut my downpipe and weld a flange on it 
then put the cat on.. what is a good full 3" hi flow cat?!
Also will it be a big difference with it on?!

! I got a brand new one from Summit without the little bung for $60 
Just have a cut-out placed after the downpipe/before the CAT and having a LEGAL (if you can use that word on this forum) exhaust. People are cry babies about a CAT loosing hp, just use a cutout and it'll be all good.
