Lately ive been thinking about getting a GM MAF and MAFT, because the previous owner who i bought my dsm from put in a brand new fuel pump, plus i really would love to crank up the boost. I know i need bigger injectors, and a rewired pump, and logging software. My questions are:
1.will 550's be ok with the MAFT? or do i need 650 or bigger?I(thats what ive seen)
2.Does the pocketlogger(what im going to use) hook directly up to the MAFT?
3.will i need an aftertmarket FPR?
4. any thing else im missing?

im a noob at tuning, ive never done it before, but i read the article in the tuning section(http://dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=240411) and it seemed like there should be more detail. I understand the numbers, i know how to install all of it, but i just need this stuff cleared up. thanks

You will want to know what size of pump the owner befor you put in! if it is a 255lph or bigger you will need a regulater and it has to be a nice one such as a aeromotive that ajusts your pressure up at a 1:1 ratio under boost.

As for your logger you will hook this up directley to your digonistic port under the driver side dash, it is attatched to the right side of your fuze box.

For the maft set up you can use injector sizes from 430cc up to 1030cc
You will also need a Boost controler of some sort.
I hope i got you to the right path.
