Just got done setting up my injection system, going to be using 100% Xylene (117 octane) at a 50hp setting. Haven't run it yet, but its triggered by a boost switch.

I'm wondering if when its activated, will i get a huge fuel dump and go very rich? If so, would using the AUX wire on the MafT be a good way to compensate for it? Or should i just log it and use DSMLink and the MAF scaling or something?

You'll probably have to pull a lot of fuel out doing that, which will probably gain lots of timing. Why aren't you going to run windshield washer fluid or some other mix of water & methanol instead. I would think that would work the best. Xylene is pretty expensive too, vs washer fluid that's a little over a dollar a gallon.

With the size of my front mount i don't need to run water to cool off the intake charge. The point of running meth is to increase the octane rating- running pure 117 will give me a much better gain than washer fluid.

With the injection setup right i'll be at close to 100 octane on a E316g, should make for some good power.
