I am one step away from trowing away my 92 talon after I turn the car on maybe 30 seconds the check engine light comes on and the car starts running rough and the exhaust smells too rich.

I checked the codes
I keep getting codes related to the MAF like air temperature sensor and barometric sensor I replaced the MAF sensor and I get the same codes I check the whole wiring harness and every thing is intact. whats is next can it be the ECU?

parts replaced already

MAF
coolant sensors
TB
TPS and
IAC motor.

I just had the same problem, and fixed it. Get an ohm meter and check the green/black wire coming from the mas, tps or cooland sensor. It should be grounded. Or if you dont have an ohm meter just tap into the green/black wire and ground it and see if that fixes it. All those sensors share the same ground wire(green/black) so if you ground that wire it will ground all of them.

Ground it under the hood to see if that fixes it. If it does then you need to go a step further and check to see if the wire is grounded from the plug in the ecu. If it is grounded from the plug in, then the problem is in the ecu. The wire actually grounds inside the ecu. A ground is a ground all grounds end up connecting to the same place.
