Well Car kept blowing coolant out the overflow under load but wouldnt at idle so i decided to pull the head. Under intial inspection I couldnt find a passage where it was blow by. Although one cylinder was burning completely different then the rest. So i cleaned the head up and as I'm scotch brighting the head I found this, damn assembly plants never keep there parts clean enough, I cant believe it last 92k this long.

I believe its a maching "chip" that fell onto the gasket during installation as I scraped it off with a razor blade and it is magnetic.
