I already have a B&M tranny lsd which i got from slowboy but i was wondering how much can these inserts take? I plan on making around 380 daily driver and 400-450whp at the track and dyno events. I also do the occasional drag and autox events as well. My car has been down for a 6 bolt swap and so the tranny is open again and am thinking of going with either the Kaaz or the Kormex LSD from karking. I just need to know before i go ahead and spend $750 on a lsd. Am sure most of you will say go with the lsd but i want some opinions :)

I don't believe they can take much more than 300-350 whp.

i figured as much its just some people have said they run 450whp and still have a lsd insert but i have decided on getting the kormax lsd and save of breaking a tranny

I had one in the GS-T up until about a month ago (I am now running a TRE race tranny w/ quaife lsd). For what it was it did it's job. Held up to just about exactly what you're looking to make. Made 482whp on my gst. Street boost was approx. 380-400whp. Numerous 120mph passes down the track. Never an issue. Only reason it's gone is b/c I blew out 3rd gear and am now running this new setup. :)
