If it isnt one problem its another...I am driving down the road and I am looking at my SAFC2 and the volts are reading 10-10.5 I stop by the bank volts are at 8.6-9 and a little later, well, a little later my SAFC shuts down along with tach, speedo, and the gas pedal when I hit it feels like the car is gonna die...im driven home, and if i hit the gas to hard the rpms almost go away...FINALLY i make it home(it died right out in front of my house). I just replaced the battery. So this has got to be the alternator am I correct?

Make sure your battery is charged prior to putting in the your alternator. I've heard stories about people putting way too high of a load on the alternator and shortening it's lifespan.
