My SAFC2 is reading low voltage... I can't tell by the way the car acts (no issues), but the SAFC is showing otherwise.

When I first start the car up, it shows around 13.5, then after driving it for a little bit, it slowly starts declining. It never seems to get below 11.7... infact its kind of rare if it even goes below 12.0. I've check my battery connections, nothing is loose.
If you guys have any idea's, I would be grateful.

It had an early death. Rather tragic, really. We had such high hopes for it. :toobad:

What kind of response is that?

Besides, wouldn't the car die on me if my Alternator went bad? It never goes below 11.7, and that rare. Usually sites around 12.2 after running for a while.

It's an explanation of a diagnosis of your vehicles problem guided by the information you have given us to work with. It was free, and worth every cent of that.
You will also most likely discover that it was accurate, although the liklihood of that being the case when we cannot be there to actually run a diagnostic test on your car greatly hinders us and makes the accuracy of the diagnosis not merely astounding, but almost miraculous.
Here's hoping you're still under warranty.

Just because something is new does not mean it's good. Remember that. I'd also recommend cleaning your battery terminals if you haven't done so in a while.

Yes, I understand that. I was just hoping that it wouldn't go bad that fast.

But is there a chance that its just something grounding out? I mean when my friend installed my SAFC2, he only spliced the wires, so maybe there is a bad connection?

Carefully use a voltmeter to test the voltage at the cigarette lighter socket. If you don't have one, $10 will buy you as much as you need. :thumb:
