Low Oil Pressure with Higher RPM

I tried searching, but most that I found had the usual low oil pressure when at idle. I've got a 92 AWD TSI (6 bolt) Well, when low RPMs, around 2k or so, my oil pressure is at the lower line. When I get on the throttle harder (I noticed it most when in 3rd gear) anywhere from 3k up the pressure would drop even more, almost to the bottom line. I know, this is on the stock gauge and can't be 100% trusted, but definitely has me freaking out.
If it helps any more, a few weeks ago when I was driving (right after I finally got a new clutch in and back on the road) the oil filter blew off. I quickly pulled over and put the filter back on, when I got back to the shop and drained what was left of the oil there was maybe a quart.
Trying to find some answers, it just has me thrown off and not happy that my car may be sitting again for a little while.
Again, I tried searching but couldn't find the same problem.

Normal oil pressure is between the lines on the gauge. I would think oil pressure would rise with rising rpms but I really dont know because I dont have a car with an oil pressure gauge. My dsm in motorless as well.

Yeah, it SHOULD go up with higher RPMs and it usually drops when at idle. I'm having the exact opposite and don't know what I should start looking at first.

I'm really hoping for this one. Already checked the main sources of oil leaks, but I have the day off tomorrow so I'm gonna start chasing every single damn line to find any other leaks. We'll see... hopefully it doesn't end up with another DSM on jackstands for several months.

Get some UV dye for the oil and a blacklight. Put the dye in and drive it around for a while. Then use the blacklight to check for leaks. If you don't see any, check again later.
