low oil pressure no engine noise

like title says i changed the turbo out and had to replace oil pan when i put new oil in factory gage says low oil pressure as well as the dummy light is on runs low idle but if u get on it its retarded fast for the little i have done to itany ideas would be awesome as always ty.

mine does the same thing at idle. the guy I bought it from said it was just a thing and nothing to worry about. bring the idle up?

Your sending unit could be bad. I would invest in a oil pressure gauge if I were you.

With the pan off the pump may have had time to drain all the oil out and lose its prime ?

did the oil pump lose prime during the pan swap ?

Check to see if the switches on the left and right are hooked up properly. Its common that both of these parts can fail and more common that the wires come lose or fall off.
