low oil pressure after rebuild

OK after buying a rebuilt motor and in stalling it I have low oil pressure this is what I bought
1990 Talon TSi AWD
After installing I pulled it back apart in the car and found the balance shaft elimination was done correctly bearings installed with no oil holes in them. So I am at a loss as to what could be causing my low pressure problem. any ideas?

if the rebuild was not done right like cleaning the oil passages that may be it did you mic the bearing to make sure that they where the right size? and what did they look like.

Wrong that is a ''leak'' that it removed, making total oil pressure higher, please be sure what you're saying.
