Low idle stall when stopped

Hello all. Amongst my various problems with my 98 eclipse gs a new issue has risen. When I come to a stop in traffic and I hit the gas mildly my car sputters and seems to want to stall and occasionally does. I would estimate at this time the car is inconsistently hesitating around 750 rpm. As some of you may know I have been fighting a serpentine belt problem where the belt squeals and has popped off or become shredded. I have replaced the belt 3x now as well as the power steering pump and tensioner pulley. I have also replaced the ignition coil, plugs, wires, pcv valve, valve cover gasket, done a coolant flush, replaced lower radiator hose, fuel & oil treatment, etc. Please advise where to go from here and thank you in advance once again.

Check for a vacuum leak. And do you have a bad pulley possibly? Do any of them wobble while the car is running?

No codes showing but I plan on replacing the egr next and adjusting the BISS? I have to assume I have a bent or damaged pulley considering they'll started as 4 rib belts and were reduced to 3 rib belts suggesting they are misaligned. The chirp goes away once the car is warmed up as well. Also, the car seems to idle a little bit better when I have the ac on if that makes sense. If it has a vacuum leak I will search to figure out how to diagnose that & will continue working to correct these issues but thank you for your reply.

Get a can of brake clean and spray lightly at vacuum sources and listen for the engine to rev up slightly if it does thats where the leak is

Ok, so I cleaned the throttle body and the hesitation and low idle has improved when I'm at a stop. The pulley problem appears to be the power steering pulley itself as its either misaligned or its bent and is wabbling. New problem started today where car bogs under semi hard acceleration. Hey, at least I'm not bored..
