All 4 cylinders at 90 after wet test/170--- compression held for about 30 cranks/ turned over a few times back fired that was it about 90/100 compression again ALL 4 cylinders..

I DONT THINK ALL 4 Rings Went at one time... (i maybe wrong)

But when i put the head back on after doing new gasket arps... the head didn't seem to just fall in to place like the 2g head did from the last swap... The Nubs that guide the head on made it sortof Tetor.tot..back and forth ( head wouldnt go on level) and i had to tightn the outer corners down a little bit to make it go on Level...

I never checked the head i bought the head off a guy he said it was stage 2 this and that good running head.. soo

Is it possible that its the Head? How do i find out?

I would like to do every CHECK possible before i take the Hole motor back out and do the rings.. so let me know

Thanks guys tone:talon:

Head sounds warped. A machinist should be able to tell you if it is or not. You may be able to have it decked and save it. Could also be valve seals though.
