Hey guys, im a little late on starting this and I should have been taking alot more pictures that i did, but better late than never right.

I have a 93 laser and have completly tore it down and started from the ground up. I am looking for low 10's.

Project setup: 6 bolt 2.3L with eagle forged crank, manley I beam rods, and weisco HD 9:1 pistons, BSE, Mitsu MLS, ARP head studs/main stus/rod bolts, kelford 272, kiggly beehives, +1 ferrea valve, 3 angle/ port and polished, Magnus drag SMIM, Q45 TB, 90 OFH, ERL cast aluminum exhaust manifold, Tial MV-R 40mm gate, S259 .70, ETS FMIC, Tial Q bov, Dual walboro in tank, fuel cell, full -8 line, fuel lab afpr, -10 fuel rail, FIC 2150 high impedance injectors, Avid motor mounts, poly front and rear subframe bushings, swadge rear upper and lower control arms, K-sport coilovers, full 10pt cage (have in the garage but not in car yet, ACT street light pressure plate, ACT 2900 with solid 6 puck (going twin dsk once this setup is maxed out), Trans needs sorted out (not sure who i am going with the rebuild yet. Car i going to be set up and tuned with Link-v3. Fuel will most likely be E-85 or c-16 depending on availabilty (also looked into VP Import). alternator relocation, p/s delete, a/c delete, de-powered rack.

There is probably stuff that i am forgetting, but this is going to be a drag car that i would like to keep street legal. So as far a wiring and everything goes, i got rid of absolutly everything that is not needed to be street legal. I am looking to get 550-600 AWHP out of this setup

* the pic with all the tap in the engine bay was not to paint, it was just to block off the holes so i could spray the engine bay down and clean it up, engine bay will be painted with partial wire tuck when finished with batt relocated to trunk

thanks man, clear coat is a little rough on the roof, but other than that i am happy with it.. it will be getting repainted eventually

Where's all the pix of parts??? I call b.s on that bright and shiny Magnus intake that's probably covered in dust since the last time I was at the garage

What turbo? I run the billet s362 at 29psi and it went 125mph roughly 500hp. If you are running E-85 and a big turbo then your power goals are LOW LOL. Why not just run pump and race gas for the track as well as meth? Waay cheaper, easier, and more reliable for cruising through towns or vacationing etc.

Very nice, shots from certain angles could be mistaken for my car, as its sitting exactly like that. This. Helps me see some light at the end of the tunnel! Who makes those lateral links and tie rods?

I still call b.s... Without pictures I dont believe your gonna have that super light racing seat, massive tial wastegate, or that ceramic coated manifold... And what about those kelford 272's? U have all these parts in a nice neat pile on the floor at home... TAKE SOME PICTURES YOU LAZY NO PICTURE TAKING BASTARD :)

Cleaning your shotgun and playing with your little Weiner isn't busy... At least that's what everybody tells me

made entirely from afco parts.. theres a vfaq on them

I am running the BW s259 with the .70 T3 housing.. which is the little brother of the 362. This car is not going on any road trips and if it does it will be on a trailor. When I say street legal, it does not mean dd; it means that I will be able to take it out for a spin every now and then.

E85 is usually cheaper than pump and it's power potential is greater due to the lower combustion temps (thus helping with knock).. so why would I use pump over E85?

You shouldn't! Probably one of the dumbest suggestions ever. The initial 'buy-in' to get started on E85 can be as little as $50 more (for bigger injectors depending on turbo size), which is much cheaper than paying for two different tunes and a meth kit. On a bigger turbo, you can get the added upgrades for fuel for a couple hundred bucks...and make way more power, on a much cleaner fuel! It's a no brainer to me if you have it close by!

Exactly! E85 is essentially race fuel at the local pump. It is not as expensive to switch over as people think, you can make it rather cheap if you wanted to!

One common rule is to always build your fuel system large than what you need so that cannot be your limiting factor. My fuel system is PLENTY for what I am looking for.right now and wiyh a simple pump change would be enough for anything i will ever need.

Well sorry for not posting in a long time. I have been slowly chipping away at the car in my spare time. Really busy with school and the house!

Update: Suspension is completely done, both front and rear subframes were coated in por-15. The engine bay is painted black and the seam sealer was shaved down and re-done. The full 10pt cage is in and the seat is mounted. I reconfigured the e-brake so that it is on the passenger side so it gives me more room for the staging brake which will be on the driver side.

I just got my latest shipment of parts in this evening!!!

MAP stage 3 head: (kiggly beehives, 5 angle valve job, +1 ferrea valves, supertech valve seals and guides), Mitsu MLS, Inovate MTX wideband, Fluidamper crank pulley, Dynatek Arc 2, Competition Clutch billet clutch fork, ACT 2600 with sprung 6 puck (for now), OEM slave cylinder, shifter cable bearings, stainless braided slave to master, Map thermal intake gasket

same order but came week or so earlier and not shown in the pic (already up at the garage).... PTE-1000 water-air intercooler that I got an AMAZING deal on, sparktech COP plug n play setup, and I picked up an oil cooler for the 90 style OFH that I got a while back. I also picked up a tial Q BOV

Just a side note bro IIRC you cannot run Q16 or VP with the 2150s has something to do with a chemical in it.But looks like your going E85 good choice hopefully when I move to Daytona beach Fl in a month they have some near by.I am running my 2150s on pump and they do prerty well I have a Aquamist meth kit in the closet just incase Lol
