Loud whistle with boost?

I have a 95 gst with various mods. Mods include fmic, t28, 255 fp, hks ssq, many other bolt-ons. My problem with the whistling sound occurs only when the motor is under boot and it does not make the sound at idle or when the motor is not building boost. I have heard some sound clips on boost leak, which is what it sounds like, but louder.

I checked all of the connections on the intake and manifold and turbo and everything is fine. I also have a boost/vacume gauge which reads normal under all conditions. There is a oil leak coming from the side of the oil tank adjacent to the oil drain plug.

Hope you guys have some insight on this one, in the meantime I will re-check my IC connections.
