Loud/rough grinding from rear end at 28-39mph...

I've started having a loud/rough grinding noise from the rear end. It happens everytime I go through the 28-30mph while accelerating. NEVER happens during decel.

This grinding also sometimes happens when I'm accelerating above 50% tps...

This is not from the front at all, just to throw it out there.

I will be pulling the rear diff plug tomorrow, and check the magnet.

My car is an AWD, auto with a lsd rear. 230k+ on the trans, diff, t-case, drive shaft. No leaks, fluid was full this afternoon. Also, clean..

Most likely rear different is going out. Drain the fluid and check for metal. Its 15/16 socket if I remember right.
