loud noise behind dash

ok heres the deal about a month ago sitting in drive thru bam car shuts off . wont start back up changed fuel pump, plugs, fuel filter and cleaned tb still no start finally traced it back to fried ecu. no proble sent it to foreign auto computer 200 dollard later car is running great except for a buzzing sound behind the dash. its coming from the driver side upper part of the dash sound like its from behind the tach in that area .? any ideas??? could the speedo cable need some lube?? is it a relay frying?? i have owned 3 dsm and never had this problem arise

Does that year have a purge solenoid on the firewall in the engine compartment? Try listening in the engine bay with the hood up.

removed all the emissions stuff about 6-7 months ago so that is gone dude its coming from inside the car also im stumped??
