lost of power

i have a 1997 eagle talon with 4g63t
turbo pushing 8 pds but
dont feel the car pulling as much as before and stop pulling a 5000rpm
any ideas??

Boost leak test it.

While boost leaks tests are good and maintenance is always good, seems looks like your on stock turbo T25. It is like a little hair dryer it falls off before redline. Look into 14b or 16g upgrade and a walbro 255lph fuel pump. Unless you wanna keep it stock then do some maintance like clean out the stock intercooler with gas and shake it up. Make sure all clamps are nice and tight, stuff like that.

Mods? If it's all stock then it should be running more than 8 psi.
