Lost Boost! Can't figure out why.

But then I think we have to ask this: Could one consider an intercooler with the top ripped off of it a "boost leak"? Sounds more like a catastrophe to me! :D

How the hell did you even make 1psi with that happening, let alone still have some drivability?
 
I will have to take pictures after we take off the bumper. That's the thing - I couldn't see it because it's on the top of the intercooler (FMIC), which is tucked up behind the bumper. I could get my hand up there and feel the air blowing out, then I felt the intercooler and could tell that the top of it is separated from the side.

I attribute the ability to still be able to boost 10 psi to having a very large turbo and lots of porting and polishing! This would also explain why I had my mind just stuck on a bad BOV, because when it would boost, there was such a loud sound of a steady rush of air.
