2G loss of power @ 6k RPM

Finally got my talon running again after the balance shaft belt broke, breaking the cps, bending the trigger plate and jumping the timing a tooth).

I messed with the BOV while the car was down(pulled the piston(?) Out of the bov and inspected it) the bottom oring was cracked and I just put it back together. Im now noticing that as I approach 6k rpm my boost falls from 15 psi to 10psi and the car falls on its face. It is idling fine and pulling 19-20 lbs of vacuum. The car also tends to stall when put into neutral or depressing the clutch.

The trigger plate is still bent and is contacting the CPs a little not sure if that could be why

Is your bov recirculated? I'm not saying that the cause just wondering. Also check for boost leaks man.

BOV is recirculated, I'm thinking I messed it up when I pulled it apart.

Also at 6k it sounds how it would when you're closing in on redline (higher pitched, kind of hard to explain)
