Lose power while cornering

I just built a new motor for my '92 Talon, and dropped it in a few weeks ago. I've put about 500 miles on the motor since the build, and had it dyno tuned. I run n/t (my setup is posted on my profile) and the car runs strong throughout the rpm range. I've noticed a loss of power when I take a real sharp corner, but it only occurs in second. Even at low rpms, my power will just drop off, but once I straighten back out my power immediately returns. I've noticed no electrical side effects, so I'm pretty much at a loss here. Ideas?

How much fuel is in the tank? In my awd with anything less than 1/2 a tank, i cut out on left handers.

I'm under 1/2 tank, but I believe it would do it above 1/2 tank as well. It didn't ever do it before the new motor, but the car sat for a couple months before I was able to drop in the new motor.

Did you change anything with the MAS position? It could be that it is vibrating against something, or something is causing turbulence in the air it is drawing in, and it is getting bad airflow counts.

I mounted aluminum piping, and the mas is just in the air between pipe and filter, no contact with body. It's quite sturdy, but I thought about that too. The fact in only doesn't in second really throws me though, and at low rpms.

Well, it seems that when I topped off the tank, the problem ceased to exist. When I get to about a quarter (little more) of a tank the problem persists.
