Lose of power, can not go over 70mph, only 2 cylinders?

My car can not go over ~70mph, at that point the boost just surges and car doesn’t move.

When at idle I removed each spark plug wire and the car only stumbled when I removed the first and third one. Does that mean something is wrong with my 2nd and 4th cylinder? I have new wires, and hear the spark off the walls when I removed the wire from the plug.

So I know each plug is getting spark, not sure how I can check fuel or what else to check.

I removed the first and second plug and they both looked fine, not even sure if I am heading in the right direction.

Thanks for any help.

Are they gapped correctly? Are your getting a check engine light?

I agree^^^

If it is indeed misfires in 2 of your cylinders, the ECU WILL detect it and give you a CEL.

Check your hoses and connection. It might be just a simple leak or a loose connector that opens up once a certain amount of boost is reached. My GSX's UICP connector was loose once that it pops open when I hit 3000 RPM and I lose boost at an instant. My car would not run over 40mph.

Sorry, no CEL.
Plugs are gapped correctly and all plugs have a brownish tint, so they are fireing.
The car does not loose boost, say around 70mph it will just spike the boost, and go nowhere.

Make sure you don't have a boost leak. Check ALL of your piping and couplers/connections. When I had a slit in my coupler, It would only stutter in 3rd gear under full boost. Because the air was flowing enough to expand the slit open enough to create a decent sized leak.

:(
Boost leaks were checked and corrected when I bought the car in the summer.

Wastegate is still attached, checked this afternoon.

The thing that bothers me the most, is I had this problem before on a long trip I took when I first bought the car (~700 miles), and coming home on the highway, coulden't get past 70 at all. I pulled over, and just played with the sparkplug wires, and started off again and it was fine. Since then i've gotten new wires/plugs and its happening again.

+1 on compression test

Alright, that was this morning adventure.

I do not think its my seals, everything seems to be holding pretty fine.
Blah im completely lost.
