the exhaust doesn't look too bad. if i were you, i would just buy a muffler that i liked. take that to a shop that does custom exhausts and get 3" stainless piping. it would probably be a hundred bucks or so cheaper and give you a little better flow if you do piping straight back instead of following the stock route like the hayame.

If money isn't a big problem for you i would suggest getting the Apexi N1 combo with dp from ImportEvolution its on special right now for a little over 650$. Nice and deep tone. Good Luck :thumb:

would an ebay muffler work?? like the ones on sale for like $30? or would those just sound like fart cannons??

alright i think im going with the N1 cat back with the N1 downpipe...i looked on ImportEvolution but only found the 2 of them sold separately.....could you provide a link to that combination you were talking about please? thanks for all the help

Oh, jeez. Please, for the life oh you, me, and everyone else in the world, get a quality exhaust. Personaly, I've never heard of the Hayame. I've always thought about getting the Apex'i GT or N1 systems. They're both track and test proven:thumb:. But, I am me and not you. You get what you want, so long as it's not some hundred dollar job from the local muffler shop with a $30 fart can from ebay.:barf: General rule of thumb: If you want quality, you gotta pay for it.

I've had the full apexi N1 exhaust, its a real nice exhaust with good quality throughout, and the sound wowow its awesome. I wrecked my car and wound up selling it :-(. so im going with the cheaper route. Megan racing downpipe from ebay, ebay N1 style muffler and a custom cat back, LOL shouldnt cost me more the 300 bucks :p.

hey thanks for all the help and thanks for the link....i'm def. gonna go with the N1 catback exhaust and N1 downpipe.....sounds like a sweet deal to me....is that a 3" exhaust? because i looked and its given in millimeters.....im just wondering.....thanks everyone

Yep if you get the DP its 3" all the way back and a very nice exhaust :thumb: glad to hear your going with it.
