General looking for EPROM editor/translator (2g)

I'm tring to burn my own chip for my EPROM ECU. I have found countless write-ups on 1g EPROM editing. My question is, is there any editing software for 2g EPROM chips. I want to get a burner and make my own chip, but I dont have the code to do so. Key Driver chips does it, but there are many other codes I want to put it that he doesnt have. I really want to get rid of some emission checks like DSM LINK does and I'm sure I could do it and I'm even more sure DSM LINK wont give me the Hex code to do so. Anyone know?

The EPROM is just a binary file (.bin) and you should be able to use any hex editor to make adjustments. The trouble is finding out what those hex commands are doing.

If you use TunerPro, you can still set up your own image file that will allow you to organize the information on your screen into digestible information for later use. You still need to know the addresses (locations) for the information and what that information translates to before doing anything.

In short, you CAN do it in any hex editor. You will NEED to find out what each part does. - Anybody know what the processor commands are for the 2g?

Nobody will give out information about the 2G code because they are selfish. When it's gonna be public then "DSMLiCk" sales are gonna go down

yea 1gs have almost everything at their fingertips. I'm contimplating buying a key driver chip because I can't find out how to stop the P0300 Misfire code from my 6 bolt in the 2g hex. I also want to make some of the emissions checks go away. Key driver has one of these features and DSM link has the other. If only I could get them both to spill their guts. Once the 2g hex translation is complete... ALLL the 2g guys will have EPROM chips with either a SAFC or ECU+ if they have GM MAFs

The 95 and 96 ECUs use the same CPU as the 1Gs, so commands are the same.

You can get that CEL code for a couple of reasons, but let me ask you some things before I can point you in the right direction.
1.When you did the 1g swap did you swap the whole motor? or did you keep the 2g head?
2.What ecu are you using? if eprom do u got a custom chip right now?

So they use the MH611 on the 95 and 96? Does anyone have an image from a stock chip for one of these years?

I'll be able to work on some of the stuff on the side... just have to locate the same commands being transmitted.
