Looking for DSM owners in Sacramento!

nevertheless...we all need to meet up...like at ardin mall or something...and TAKE OVER THE PARKING LOT!!! have our own mini car show or something!!

Yes, I too think that it would be cool to "take over the parking lot." But...what are we going to take it over with? We've got 5 people posting in this thread including me. That's five cars. Then again, mine's in my garage, so that brings the number to four. Now, if we had 10, 15 or more people, I can see getting together and arranging some sort of major event. A meet, drive, comp, whatever. I do think that yes, it would be awesome, but there's just not the people yet to warrant that kind of activity. Until we have those sort of numbers, meeting every now and again at restaurants and/or coffee shops would be sufficient for me. Any opinions?

have our DSMs here in sac team up with those at the bay area...

make a flyer about DSMtuners (maybe attach a DSMtuners decal along with that) and put it on every DSM we come across...

because as all of us know...there may be a handful of us HERE but there are many DSM owners out in sac...

we just need to come up with an ideal flyer we can all agree on, get them printed, and mail it to each of DSM owners who are currently on this forum...and distribute them...

although it maybe hard considering we have other things to do...but for one...JUST ONCE...to have a group of fellas like us to take over an area would be awesome.....

hmph...let's see if a honda trys to rev up their engine infront of us...man he'll get DEALT with.......of course not by me

I think that is a good idea. And yes their are a ton of DSMs in and around sac. Oh, and I'll get that honda

yes...sounds good. now... we need to agree on a time and a place, perhaps what we'll do (whether we'll just meet there and chill or whatever), and I can perhaps work on a flyer (I do graphic design aside from my 8-5 job) then email it to each of you and we can all work on printing it out so as not to put the burden of printing on just one person and so that we'll have more people distributing them.

(in the meantime, i'll work on reducing the oil leakage on my car

hey guys...how about in front of the long's drugs across from the sunrise mall? it's well-lit, and it's not going to be full of a bunch of ricers like the crispy creme/old navy parking lot always is. it's almost ALWAYS empty, too. Starbucks is within a hundred yards, too. What do you think?

Well, give me a week or maybe even two...I have to fix the oil leaks (which shouldn't take more than a day) and perhaps get rid of my silent shaft (which will probably take more than a day). But I'm thinking probably friday the 18th, saturday the 19th or if it's two weeks, the 25th or 26th.

as for meeting up...sounds good...midterms will be over for me by then...i won't be cruzin' in my eclipse though....getting that paint problem fixed and setting up appointments to get 18" rims and a clifford pager alarm system.
