it has now been taken to paypal and already been escalated to a claim, if it is easier than waiting on paypal i would like to deal/speak with him, if my other thread hadnt been sent to the canner he might have seen it when he logged in last friday.

Log into paypal and file a dispute and chose to end comunication and get your money back.
