My 1995 Mitsubishi eclipse gst. Is running a little rough. I can drive it. But if i get on it to have a little fun. I cant put pedal to the floor. If im at 1/4 it will get up and go. Also builds boost. If i go full it getts rough, slows down, spitts sputters gets loud and drony like it runs rich. ive change throttle position sensor and idol air control valve. BUT IDK whats wrong. It has a full 3in exhaust all the way back, from muffler to down pipe. down pipe is stock.

Have you filled out a profile for your car and gone over any mods?

Idle air control valve has more to do with your idle than what's going on at wot.

Sounds like you could have a fuel issue, boost leak, bad sensor.. Or that you have skipped a tooth on timing. You need to have timing checked out first.

One of the easiest things to do is a boost leak test. This could definitely be causing your problems(I had a similar issue). Start with that. It's always a good maintenance practice anyway and doesn't take long.
