Looking for a little assistance hopefully

I've been searching around forever on some tutorials on how to tune around emissions CELs using ceddymods and ecuflash. I can't seem to find anything, I would really appreciate someone's help on this, id be more than willing to help you out if you help me out. I'm sick of trying to find what I need, actually getting on the phone with someone who is fluent in this would really help.
