lookin for a little more 420a power

I have about 250 bucks and i was wondering whats my best hp/dollar buy. I thought about a ebay header and obx cam gears, or a port and polish intake manifold with a jeep tb. Im open to any suggestions but the thing with the pnp is i honestly dont think i trust any local shops and ive only got 1 manifold.

Honestly you aren't going to get anything big staying N/A. Turbo is the way to go to increase your power. Maybe save up a bit more for a nitrous kit.
