rich and with that timing you're probably tuning at 12-14psi. try upping it to 17-18psi. that dropped my timing down to 19max and made it much easier.
 
With thouse readings you can probably get away with leaning it out 5% across the rpm Range. Just keep an eye on your timing and your 02 readings can very from car to car. I have mine reading at .94 across the rpm range. If I hit .91, I start seeing some timing (knock) being pulled at least on my setup. Top of my rpm range sees 19 degrees.
