Alright, I have searched for 2 days, reading everything on this forum, still cannot find any help to my issue.

I started my car up for the first time in 6 months. This is after a complete rebuild from the frame up.

I have a 8 gallon fuel cell, all -6an line all around. Aeromotive A1000 and Aeromotive regulator, 550cc injectors, and a 2g maf, and a holley fuel rail.

Problem, my car only has about 20lbs of pressure, and when I crank my regulator down to get more pressure, It gets to about 25lbs, and my car dies.

My fuel pump is mounted lower than my cell, none of my lines are pinched, my fuel pump is on the feed line, I have no fuel leaks. All my vacuum lines have been eliminated except for my regulator and bov and wastegate. I am running beyond lean on my AEM wideband, so much it does not read it. Also my safc will not adjust anything at all, and I have initialized it numerous times, checked my wiring and all my settings.

Options I have thought about, could it be my 2g maf? I have a translator and gm maf, just not couplers yet for it. Should I put this on and see if that solves my issue?

Some one please throw out any advice on where to go from here. I have no clue, and I know when I solve it, it will be something little and stupid that I overlooked.

First thing I would check is whether or not you have any clogs in the fuel lines. Make sure the vaccuum line from the FPS)fuel pressure solenoid to the FPR is hooked up correctly and re-check the wiring for the 2G MAF. Don't install the MAFT, throwing parts at a problem without knowing the cause is just going to introduce more variables and confuse the issue. Also, I would check your fuel pump for proper flow. Use the GPH or LPH rating and divide by 60 and run the pump for 1min and check the fuel discharge against the rating. Hope this helps.

problem solved.

Fuel lines are all brand new, all -6an. Vacuum lines are all fine. 2g Maft is for sale. Did not install the maft translator. That scares me running a A1000 that long with out the car running. Burned to many of them up.

But the first thing I did, was install a brand new fuel pressure gauge on my aermotive fuel pressure regulator, and wala, problem solved.

But currently awaiting enough funds for DSMlink. Then she will be purring a good. I am not going to use the MAFT/SAFC setup anymore. Just going to grow up and go dsmlink. Maybe megasquirt.
