Light weight wheels with large offset

Anyone know any brand of Cheap, lightweight wheels with 32mm offset? I have done some search but couldn't find any cheap wheels with the offset I need. By cheap I mean less then $1200 for a set.

17" wheels and the width doesn't matter as long as it's over 7"

Your title & the posting dont' correspond. You say "large offset" in the title but then ask for 32mm, which is pretty small. My Rotas are 17x7.5" with a +48mm offset, which is quite a bit "larger" in numerical terms.

So I have to ask - what requires a 32mm offset that you need? You realise that when you change the rim width, the offset changes as well - or is it that you're just looking to have a bling bling lip on your wheel?
