Lifting my engine

On our cars, can the engine be lifted out and put back in with the transmission attached? I have fwd by the way.

and what exactly is the breakin process on the 4g63? never a constant rpm? for 500 miles?

Ok, i read that whole thing, you can understand how skeptical i am though....... i like proof and if what he says is true then wow yeah im doing that but if i F!#(R&%CK up my engine then i think murder is on the list... has anyone done this with good results?

Several guys on here break their engines in with his technique as well. If you search Motoman you'll get quite a few hits on here.

that is the Kinda the way i would do it if I where you... . People forget that most cars on the road today are run to redline from the factory and don't REALLY have 0 miles on them and most engine builders put there motors on the dyno right away
And yes the ABS (Automatic braking system)...if you had it you would had a little more fun pullin' that motor
