I did all the windows in my fwd except the front. I needed a quick cheap weight reduction and the 4x8 sheet was only $120 at the time. Puzzling it, I got all 5 windows on one sheet. The Lexan had the white protective paper on it which I trimmed the edges off then painted the border on. Then peeled the rest off. The stuff scratches easy, which sucks since the car collects dust between races.

Now has anyone got an easy way to polish out the scratches?? I've used rubbing compound and then a polishing compound. I can keep the windows see through and most the scratches out. Just need to get out the fine scratches.

My cars light, 1880lbs no driver. I want to figure out a fix for the scratches before doing the front windshield.
