My left blinker doesnt work but my right one does whats wrong? checked all the bulbs perfect condition. The lights turn on it just doesnt blink. The green arrow doesnt light up either but the right one does. is it the flasher fuse? where is it located?

Did you make sure the blinker fluid level is at MAX, you might have to add some.

Yeah, check the flasher. I don't know where, but I could imagine under the hood on these cars? Do you have a hayne's manual, that would tell you.
Good luck

The flasher and fuse is the same for both. It's almost certainly the bulb. Replace (or swap with right side) both front and rear left turn signal bulbs. You can't tell by just looking at them or measuring resistance. If that's not it, you may have a problem with the turn signal switch in the column.

but shouldnt the green arrow on the dash work? even though the bulbs are malfunctioning?

If replacing/swapping the left side bulbs doesn't work, suspect a faulty "Turn signal and hazard flasher unit" before suspecting the column switch. I just checked my schematics and noticed there are 4 relays inside this unit.
