2G LED tail lights and relay

I saw this from 2017, and I'm looking for current information.
I'm looking to replace the tail light bulbs with LED equivalent, and wanted to know if a flasher relay is also needed for OEM style slow blink?

Does anyone have recommended bulbs etc? Links please.

Hyper blink is driving me nuts

I fixed this, i did a write up on it but for the eclipse only as the talon uses a relay vs the flasher box on the eclipse.
