I was curious how close I could get my tuning with just the MAFT... these are with just he base settings done and my goal is to learn correctly how to read my logs before I drop in a 6-bolt in a month or so. Any help with what you see would be much appreciated.

I don't know how much tuning you've done, so sorry if this is stuff you know.

stock O2 are not the best to tune with, but some use it

O2 reads from 0 volt to 1 volt
0 volts is lean 1volt is rich
in a perfect world 0.47 volts would be ideal, but we live in the real world.
At WOT it doesn't take your O2's into account anyway.
They will cycle up and down and this is normal.

The best thing you can log also is Knock count (this is where you will see if the engine is getting knock) I can see you have some knock between 2740-3456 see how the timing
goes from 9 down to 4 then 3,2 then back up 3,4,6. The ECM saw knock and retarted the timing.

This is where you would add a little fuel at 2500, 3000, and maybe 3500
But that is if your O2's wheren't so high.
most likey you have rich knock, see how the O2 is 0.98 and 1.0(way way rich)
which can also cause knock.

So I would back off the fuel at the same 2500, 3000 and maybe 3500

Also you may want to check your TPS, if this was at WOT, you see it only goes to 97%
that should say 100%, you may want to check VFAQ for the Throttle check to make sure you are getting it all.

Hope it helps.

Thanks alot I keep reading other threads and getting alot learned via other peoples logs. Appreciate all the help.

no problem, I might be new here, but I'm a ECM mod at another site, I've tuned lots of other cars, still getting to know this little bugger.
