leaking, over boosting

i have a few problems..okay, when i'm on the highway on any gear, when i floor it it'll go for 1 sec and then rev high, over boost but still going. sound's like there's a big leak...i'v done boost leaks and found some leaks around the TB egr valve(small) and one inj.(big) i've been taking the injectors out and in a couple times.. think i might screw up the seals on the inj?. i'm thinking that it might be the fuel leak from inj. that cause this. IDK. this happends everytime i floor it.. today i experiance something too. i exit off the highway ramp to a traffic light and was on 5th gear, pop it to nuetral before stop and my clutch pedal came only half way up. i then notice and then push it all the way up, this was the first time it happends to me and didn't happend after the that.. anything is welcome.. thanks

If it's revving high, especially in higher gears, it's probably your clutch slipping. And as for the clutch not coming all the way up, crawl way up under your dash and look at your clutch master cylinder and see if it's leaking at all, it's probably going bad and letting are into the lines at times.

change all the seals on the injectors by new seals ( each injectors has 2 seals 1 big and one small) get new ones for all the injectors. ( Rubber seals)

check the the hoses that connects to the fuel regulator if its still in place/ and check your injectors plugs.


as for the clutch check the master cylinder for any leaks most probably its slipping if its rev high

As the guys above mentioned, replace your injector seals and get a new egr valve gasket or block-off, and check for leaks around the master and the slave cylinder as well. If either are faulty, i would recommend replacing both at the same time.

Take your MBC out and clean it. That might help the over boosting.
