Leaking Coolant!

Hey guys I have yet another problem with my car after just getting it back. Recently i had the whole head rebuilt new gaskets (including headgasket). I just went outside to take a peek at everything and noticed there was a huge collection of coolant in my garage on the ground. It's leaking pretty bad. What should i do to fix the problem? Can you get new coolant lines??? Im lost any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Can you see where it is coming from?? We'd need to know at least that.

Well first where is it leaking from ? Its its simple like the rad hose then it should be no problem, if you have to get to the turbo coolant lines then it will be more involved but still easily doable. If maybe somethins happen along the lines of the head you might have to take it to where the work was done. Atleast see where its comming from first.

Common places are the radiator hoses, radiator itself, rad. cap, heater hoses, and where the crossover pipe meets the water pump (the o-ring installed incorrectly). If you can't tell, have the cooling system pressure tested. You can buy the tester at Sears and do it yourself. The leak will come squirting out.

Thermostate housing is another place where coolant can leak.

Did the car possibly overheat and the coolant is from the overflow tank?

Did you have the water pump replaced when the head work was done? If not, the waterpump could be leaking. There is a weep hole it will start leaking from when the seal goes bad inside. If you had the work on the head done because it had over heated before, then the water pump could be the problem. Also, if whoever did the work, tightened the water pump, alternator belt to tight, it could have caused the pump to go bad and start leaking. Just a another place to check.
Hope it is just a hose or overflow though, so you don't have to pull the timing belt back off to change the pump. Let us know how it goes
