Leaking Coolant!!!!!

Ok, well I just bought this 91 gsx for 3g.. not expecting this... driving it the other day and it started getting hot I thought ok so I hurry home trying to not rod on it but i got home and look and there is like no cooliant and i look under the car not leaking anything.
so i put some cooliant in start it let it run and look under the car it's got a little leak... so i turned the car off it it stopped leaking... what could be causeing this leak because i can't find anything... help please i'm new to the turbo dsm's and don't wanna fry a turbo or somthing on my first month of owning one.WTF

Ok, let's cover the basics. It does not leak unless the car runs. This means it is a small leak which only seperates under pressure. I would check the lower and upper pipes coming off the rad. Check these for dry rot or any small holes or slits. If not there follow the lines and check them all the rubber lines for this. Dry rot can create leaks like there is no tomorrow. Check your clamps going from each of the rubber hoses to the metal. Check these and let us know what you find!

This happened to me on my mustang last year. It wouldnt leak when sitting, but when I drove it it leaked. The leak came from the thermostat housing gasket. We could see it leak when it was running.

This probably isn't your problem since you can see physical leaking, but sometimes the gasket on the cap will rot out, causing almost a mist of coolant when hot.

By the way, what is cooliant?

If you don't see any leaks, fill the car up, start it, and look to see where it sprays from.
