lbs vs. bar need an answer quick

I am writing a reshearch paper for english. I need to know how many pounds of boost= 1 bar.

Sorry guys, you are both wrong.

1 BAR is equal to 14.50 psi.

When you have questions about unit conversions, try searching on google. I just searched for "psi bar conversion" and got a ton of responses. I didn't click on any of them, but i assume they have the information you need.

by SEARCHING (cuz I google all conversions) I found

1 atm = 14.6956 psi
One bar = 0.9869 atm

So do a little math and 1 bar = 14.50309 psi or ~ 14.5 psi for all practical purposes

We have a winner - to five places after the decimal, no less. For most instruments, 14.5 or even 14 (or 15!) is good enough. It depends on what you are measuring.
