Launch control

I am running a wolf 3d 4v ecu with a MSD DIS-2 ignition, my question is, does anybody know of a 2 step launch control that will be compatible with my ecu and ignition, and where to find it?

i'd suggest going to DSM link and ordering a new eprom ecu.

DSMLINK is the way to go.. I have my old 97 non-eprom ecu if you need one, you can have it converted and socketed to run link. Or just buy an EPROM ecu.

Go with DSMLink! Can't go wrong with it! Simple to use! And something you can always use for nearly any type of tuning!

If there is a 2 step you can use with that ECU, you are going to have a hell of a time finding one.


Unfortunately my advice is the same as the others above me. The only companies to go with are ECMLink, Haltech, or AEM as far as ECUs go. You should still be able to use your ignition with each of them though.

Don't get dsmlink. In my opinion, it's not even the best option for the stock ECU.

Download the software for your stand alone, and talk to tech support. There should be a way to add launch control to it. I'm interested and have some free time, I'll post if I figure it out.
