goto the dsm chips website you have a 95 so you have a chance you might have an eprom send jeff your ecu have him socket it and put his chip in then 2 step like a mofo

Slightly less common is using a MSD ignition as launch control. You can set a 2 step and anti-lag with one by using your clutch switch. If I didn't have DSMLink I'd consider this since this is also an ignition upgrade.

Or a Greddy Emanage or Emanage Ultimate.
They both support that feature.

I can sit at 3200 with WOT and spark cut and see 10 Psi of boost !!!
