launch control: fuel cut vs Ignition cut(link vs dynatek)

i know that 2 step tru dsmlink cuts the fuel but if you have like a msd or a dynatek system you can cut the ignition for launch control. i know is not ideal to wash the cylinders with fuel with a ignition cut and fuel cut is not as harsh and violent as ignition cut. What do u guys prefer for a step?

can igntion cut and fuel cut combined provide better results than just choosing to run one or the other?
