i looked at your mods list, do you have an exhaust yet? id recommend that before you do anything with the TB/intake mani and a 16g. 16g is already a pretty quick spooler

What are your goals?hp? Stock tbs have been proven to make power. Aftermarket throttle bodys are overkill unless your making a shit load of power.

ok... i was just curios... my car is suck a dog until like 3000+ rpm... anything that will either make the turbo spool faster or give me more pull before the spool?

That's how a turbo car is supposed to feel like. You could go for a smaller turbo such as a t28 that spools up faster. If not already get an intake and exhaust that will help

Its kind of pointless to get a bigger throttle body if your still running the stock intake mani, since that is probably limiting you more than the tb.

Also note that the stock TBs have taken people into the 9s. If you want a larger one, go with a 1g throttle body. It's larger than a 2g by about 7mm and will require boring out the intake manifold inlet. Also if you want a little more umph, look for either the RVR or Evo3 intake manifold.

If you haven't done so already, do a boost leak test.
