I'd much rather use my laptop to datalog verses getting a Palm. What are my options? Do I just need to use a Palm based program in an emulator? Since I'm going straight to my laptop is there a cord I can use for that or do I need to get a Palm style cord and an adapter? Thanks for the help...

You will need a gender changing null modem adapter to make that cable work with a PC. You will also need software for the laptop.
Already sourced the adapter. :thumb: Right now the software to go with seems like just using MMCD with a Palm emulator? I know there are other options out there, most that require you to spend money for the software. Are they that much better?

I use the palm emulator on my laptop sometimes, but the program I like is TMO Log, which is for a PC.

Just do EPROM tuning instead of getting talked into spending a load on DSMLINK. EPROM tuning is the only way to have full control of your maps, plus you can do pretty much anything you could ever want to do with a stock ecu -- control water/meth injection, true wideband input to ECU (eliminate narrowband), 2-step rev limits, NTLS, extended timing and/or fuel maps, and a lot more. You can also get rid of your airflow sensor if you want to go speed density.

It looks like the TMO site is not what is used to be. Can the software still be downloaded?
