Tunerstein has a laptop program for logging, but may I ask why you would want to use a program other than DSMlink, if that's what you are running. It has almost every feature you could ask for.

TMO also has a program

All were quickly found by searching. . .

loggers wont work with a dsmlink cable.

This is true.

I know you have that frankenstein Elantra (no offense); did you give your car some OBDII compatibility? If you want to datalog with other programs besides DSMLink (I'm not sure why you want to do this), you can get a secondary setup - from the OBDII port to your laptop using a more universal chipset (i.e. ELM or Multiplex Engineering). The OBDII dataloggers, rather than the 1G loggers, have many more choices as far as logging goes.

I personally prefer Digimoto for its interface and range of features (http://www.digimoto.com).

Of course, you can log and run DSMLink simultaneously, as they both utilize the same port. If you were really ambitious, you could tap the three wires necessary from the OBDII port in order to log, leaving the original port for DSMLink.
