Lag Issues

ok i have a question sometimes when i take off from a light or stop sign my car lags but most of the time it takes of pretty quick but when it lags it dont pick up power tell the turbo kicks in so what the heck could cause that.

I would start looking at something fuel, ignition related. Is it idling ok?

Waistgate might get stuck open sometimes

Have you had the car tuned before? Is it stock turbo?
