Ok. 3 days ago i replaced valve stem seals. and last night i was dealing with 14 degrees of knock all of a sudden. so i parked the car so i could deal with it in the morning. so i go out this morning to start it. and its knocking as if i spun a rod bearing??? wtf? it wasn't doing this last night. at all.... i took the valve cover off and checked everything and i didnt' see anything out of the ordinary. everything spins fine. any ideas?..bc im kinda lost. i was thinking spun rod bearing maybe? but..idk how it happened from sitting over night?

Your car just has morning wood. Nothing to worry about. ROFL

Seriosuly though, drain the oil and check for metal shavings. That is a sign of a spun bearing.
