Im getting slight knock at the beginning of some pulls.. This is a daily driver that I just want a safe tune with.. Is it worth it to retard the timing to get rid of .7 of knock? Id like to move the boost up to 15-20 eventually..

Any other advise would be appreciated.. Thanks again

What is .7 knock? I have a 1 g, and run tuner pro. If you can explain .7 knock, that would be better. If you have 7 counts of knock, well, thats different. I can see csv files, but what you posted is not in my software range.
Seeing you are running a 2g, you have to watch for timing retard in your logs, that lets you know when the ecu is seeing knock. The higher the timing retard, the higher the knock count. If that sheds some light on the subject, then check your logs, adjust the timing down, and go from there.
